✅ Eligibility Criteria

Government officials or policymakers from public institutions in developing cooperation partner countries (Non-Korean nationals only)

Applicants with work experience in energy, resources, or climate change policy and related fields

✅Application Screening Criteria

Academic performance and educational background

Work experience, particularly in energy, resources, and climate change-related fields

Submission of required documents, including: Proof of employment as a public official

Degree certificate(s)

Recommendation letter from a cooperating institution or recommending organization

✅Preferred Qualifications

Work experience in the energy and resource sector

Experience working in public institutions in partner countries or international organizations

Participation in climate change response and sustainable energy development projects

Experience in international development cooperation (ODA) projects

Proficiency in Korean or English

Full tuition fee exemption (Master: 1.5 ~ 2 years)

Round-trip airfare (one-time support upon admission)

Monthly stipend: 1,800,000 KRW (before 8.8% income tax)
