Hanyang University Global Energy Technology Policy Professional Program
Applicants must be a public sector worker (those who are currently employed, such as government ministries and agencies) in energy policy related fields.
A bachelor’s degree (for a master’s applicant), a master’s degree (for a Ph.D applicant).

As of the application date, students and their parents should acquire foreign nationality
If the students and their parents have dual citizenship, they both should lose their Korean nationality before the application date application date

3Submit required documents (April. 07)
Submit the required documents stated in the website to the International Office
You will need to submit physical copies, so prepare with the date in mind
4Screening and Interview Process (Mid May to Early June)
Admission committee will go through document screening process.
Online interview will be conducted in the Mid May to Early June (undetermined).
It is strongly advised to send all required documents by post as soon as documents are ready, as the University may request for missing documents.
5Final Result Announcement (June. 14)
Tuition payment will be completed by June. No cancellations can be made after registration as GETPPP is a sponsored program. Withdrawal may result in restitution by the applicant.
Visa, living options will be elaborated after result. Disqualified students may not be informed by our administration team.

All documents must be submitted to the Office by post or in person.
Every document should be in A4 format and submitted in the order specified in the document submission list.
Documents that are not written in Korean or English must be accompanied by notarized translations into either language.
To legalize academic degree certificates, please request certificate to relevant organization. (refer to Appendix 2)
If the contents of the documents differ following the academic background check, admission may be revoked even after enrollment.
It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all required application materials are submitted.
Other supporting documents (such as a certificate of achievement or a license) must be notarized in Korean (or English).
ALL submitted documents including supporting materials will NOT be returned to the applicants. We advise applicants to prepareadditional documentation for visa applications.
The valid date for the notarized documents are 12 months. There's no expiration date for a consular confirmed or apostille documentation.
