Event: Incheon Gas Science Museum and LNG Terminal Field Trip

As part of the company-involved class (IC-PBL) led by Professor Kim Yeon-gyu under the Global Talent Development Program, students visited the  Incheon Gas Science Museum and LNG Terminal. This field trip was an invaluable opportunity for students to gain firsthand knowledge of LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) operations, which are critical to the country’s energy security and sustainability. 

Students learned about  the scientific principles and technology of natural gas and to deepen understanding of the LNG industry such as natural gas safety management system. Also, through QNA sessions, students discussed and compared Korea's LNG industry with their own country's energy policies, and received feedback from experts.
